I can’t reschedule my student’s class - the timeslot I want doesn’t show up!
- Does the student have a class with another teacher at the same time? You will need to ask them to check
- Do you have another student scheduled at this time? Or maybe a group class?
- Does your profile say you are available for this time?
- Does your profile say you can book immediately or only before 12 or 24 hours?
- Have they bought their classes on a subscription basis? The class group they bought must be scheduled within the 4 week period.
- Is your profile in the correct timezone?
