Please use the following checklists before reaching out to our admin team! We will ask you the following questions anyway if you have not already checked.
I can’t book the class time I want but the teacher says it’s available!
- Do you have a class with another teacher at the same time on your account? This is most likely the case if you are booking for multiple students under the same account
- Does the teacher’s profile say you can book immediately or only before 12 or 24 hours? You will need to check with them.
- Have you bought your classes on a subscription basis? The class group you bought must be scheduled within the 4 week period.
- Is your profile in the correct timezone?
