At emusio.com, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal information, please follow the instructions below.
1. Requesting Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time. To do so:
- Option A – In-App Request:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
- Option B – Email Request:
- Send an email to support@emusio.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Please include your full name, registered email address, and username so we can verify your account.
2. What Will Be Deleted
- Your personal profile data (name, email, profile photo, bio, contact information).
- Your account credentials and login history.
- Your messages and communications with other users (where technically possible).
- Your teaching/learning records such as class history, bookings, and reviews.
3. What May Be Retained
In line with legal, accounting, or security requirements, we may retain:
- Transaction records (e.g., payments and invoices) for the minimum period required by law.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you personally.
4. Processing Time
- Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.
